From their website: Rob Collins: I WANT TO LEAVE MORE THAN I TAKE. I'm a chef, a baker, a farmer, and a father. I opened an organic scratch bakery in downtown Wilmington in 2006. It was ahead of its time. I've been part of the organic farming scene in Wilmington since 2001. Quality matters to me. I'm passionate about sustainability and enriching the earth instead of depleting it.
Aside from the ecological benefits of having an organic garden, I want to help you nourish your life not just through food, but through a mind-body connection, as well. Getting your hands in the soil, creating something real that you can see and eat, having a beautiful, alive, and quiet space to reflect within, and truly connecting with nature feeds your soul, not just your pantry.
